Southern Germany • Day 2 of 2 • Start: Nordlingen • Finish: Fussen • Distance: 120 miles • Riding time: 3.5 hours • Rather than hurrying to the end, to squeeze a visit to Neuschwannstein into the day, this version of the route heads into the heart of historic Augsburg - and though it does swing past Schwangau, really you're better returning next morning to have a full day exploring both castles.
