Snowdon 370 - D1

Day 1 of 2 • Start: Dolgellau • Finish: Bangor • Distance: 185 miles • Riding time: 4.5 hours • The new Snowdonia 360 is a great general touring route - for cars, caravans and cyclists as well as bikers. It's supported by an excellent website with loads of information about attractions to see along the way. My version is slightly different, extended to take in a couple of must-ride roads and spreading the trip over two days - though high-milers could pack it into a single long day. I'd say it's better taken at a more relaxed pace, stopping to see some of the sights and enjoying the amazing scenery.
